FAQs

Shipping:

All orders typically ship in 1-3 business days. Majority of the t-shirts/totes are made-to-order so please allow 1-2 weeks before those ship. Prefer curbside pick-up? Select this option at checkout under shipping options. We'll email you with details once your order is received. 

Sales Tax:

All orders purchased inside the state of Tennessee are subject to sales tax. This applies to curbside pick-ups as well. Any purchase outside of TN is not subject to sales tax. 

Returns/Exchanges:

We accept returns of unwanted merchandise within 30 days of item receipt. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn and with the tag still attached. Please note that your original shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept returns on sale items, original paintings or commissioned work. We sell at many shops in the Knoxville area and a few in surrounding cities.
